Shipping & Climate-Safe Delivery All our premium Belgian BonBons are handcrafted and shipped from our fulfillment center in Michigan to ensure the shortest possible transit times across the US.

Temperature-Controlled Packaging To ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition, we use specialized insulated liners and reusable gel cold packs. This climate-safe packaging is included in our shipping rates.

Shipping Zones & Rates

• Zone A (East & Midwest): $15.00 flat rate | FREE on orders over $75.

• Zone B (Central US): $20.00 flat rate | FREE on orders over $75.

• Zone C (West Coast & High-Heat): $25.00 flat rate premium shipping. Note: We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.

Important: Delivery & Heat Sensitivity

• Porch Warning: Chocolate is highly sensitive to heat. We strongly recommend shipping to an address where someone is available to receive the package immediately.

• Liability: The Belgian BonBon is not responsible for products that melt or spoil if left outdoors, in parcel lockers, or in direct sunlight after the carrier has confirmed delivery.

• Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. A valid phone number is required for all orders to assist the carrier.
